Do you offer Wedding Tastings?


Yes! You can schedule a tasting with one of our Wedding Specialists. You may select up to 5 flavors of cupcakes to sample at your tasting. Our daily flavor selection is based on a first come, first serve basis. The more notice you can provide for your tasting, the more likely we will be able to offer the exact flavors you want to sample.

What do I need to book my wedding?


We require a 50% deposit (of the estimated total amount of your order) to secure your date and the flavors you have selected. All the flavors must be selected in order to book your wedding order. The remaining 50% is due 72 hours before the day of your wedding. The payment can be made with cash in our shop or via credit card either in our shop or over the phone.
Quantities can be estimated when placing the order and can be raised or lowered up to one week before the day of the wedding. Flavors cannot be changed after your wedding has been booked.

What if someone else has already booked on the day of my wedding?


We can do multiple wedding orders on the same date, however flavors for the day are chosen on a first come, first serve basis, so flavors for the day may already be selected before you book your wedding. If flavors are already selected for the day, in most cases we can still cater your wedding, but you will need to select from those flavors.
Drop-off, delivery & set-up, and stand rentals are also booked on a first come, first serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on the resources we still have available for the day of your wedding.




Do you drop-off the cupcakes? If so, will you arrange the cupcakes as well?


We do offer drop-off on a first come, first serve basis. Pricing is based on location. If you choose the "drop-off" option we will ensure the cupcakes arrive at the venue in a timely and safe manner. If you would like the cupcakes to be arranged and set-up at the venue, this can be done for an additional $75 (based on availability).

Why do you need One Week's notice for Special Orders?


Because of our very large variety of flavors, we need ample notice to ensure we can make the flavors requested for an order. We only make a certain number of flavors each day to ensure we can offer all of them as early as 11:00 AM, when our shop opens.




What if I cannot give One Week's notice?


You can place an order less than One Week before the pick-up date, as long as you are willing to order a Baker’s Choice, which is a staff-selected assortment of flavors available that day. You may select flavors you do not want added to your order, but you may not select specific quantities of specific flavors.




How can I get the most variety for my Special Order?


To get the most variety, you can order a Baker’s Choice, which is a staff-selected assortment of the flavors we bake for the day Or you can simply stop in as we typically have between 10 - 20 flavor options available every day! Assuming the day of your order has not already been filled up with other orders AND with One Week's notice, you can select two flavors per dozen on any full size cupcakes and one flavor per dozen on any minis for your Special Order, if you want a specific flavor on a specific day. So, if you want specific flavors on a specific day, we recommend ordering as early as possible!

Do you offer displays for the cupcakes?


We offer a six-tier, white, wooden display that will hold approximately 100 full size cupcakes for a rental fee of $50. You have 48 hours to return the display to our shop after it is either picked up or delivered. We do not offer pick-up of our displays. We require a credit card to keep on file until the stand is returned and late returns will incur fees.




Why do you want to know if my wedding is outside?


Our cupcakes do not hold up well in warm temperatures. We highly recommend ensuring the cupcakes are at the very least shaded, but ideally, we recommend they be housed indoors, where they can be kept at room temperature. We are not responsible for damage to product due to weather conditions, but we will do everything we can to ensure this is not an issue for your event.

The day’s selection is based on a first-come, first-served basis, so any order placed previously may have already selected flavors for that day. Saturdays, specifically, are often booked weeks or months ahead of time, usually by weddings. You may still order cupcakes on any day, but you will have to select from flavors already scheduled. Your best bet is to place your order as soon as possible. We can (and do) book orders well over a year in advance so the sooner you place your order the better the chance you can get exactly what you want.




I called to place my order more than One Week in advance, but I was unable to pick the flavors.  Why did this happen?

What is your cancellation policy?


If you need to cancel your order and it is outside of the 72 hour window, you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel your order and it is within 72 hours of the order pick up day, you will receive store credit for the amount you already paid.
